What is claimed is:
1. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor comprising a ceramic plate having a conducting electrode secured to a surface thereof, said ceramic plate consisting essentially of, as solid ingredients, at least one main component having spinel-type cubic symmetry selected from the group consisting of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4 and, Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4, Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4.
2. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
3. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
4. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
5. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
6. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
7. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
8. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4.
9. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 1, wherein said main component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4.
10. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor comprising a ceramic plate having a conducting electrode secured to a surface thereof, said ceramic plate consisting essentially of, as solid ingredients, said ceramic plate consisting essentially of, as solid ingredients, 1 to 99 mole percent of at least one component having spinel-type cubic symmetry selected from the group consisting of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4, Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4 and 99 to 1 mole percent of TiO.sub.2.
11. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
12. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
13. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
14. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
15. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
16. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
17. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4.
18. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 10, wherein said component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4.
19. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor comprising a ceramic plate having a conducting electrode secured to a surface thereof, said ceramic plate consisting essentially of, as solid ingredients, 60 to 99 mole percent of at least one main component having spinel-type cubic symmetry selected from the group consisting of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4, Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4, Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4, and 1 to 40 mole percent of at least one additional metal oxide selected from the group consisting of SnO.sub.2, ZrO.sub.2 and HfO.sub.2.
20. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of MgCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
21. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of FeCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
22. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of NiCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
23. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of CoCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
24. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of MnCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
25. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of CuCr.sub.2 O.sub.4.
26. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 TiO.sub.4.
27. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said main component consists essentially of Mg.sub.2 SnO.sub.4.
28. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said additional metal oxide consists essentially of SnO.sub.2.
29. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said additional metal oxide consists essentially of ZrO.sub.2.
30. A humidity sensitive ceramic resistor according to claim 19, wherein said additional metal oxide consists essentially of HfO.sub.2.
