Claims: What is claimed is:

1. A method of inhibiting fertility in male animals and of reducing the size of the prostate and the seminal vesicle in male animals which comprises orally administering to a male animal an effective non-toxic amount of a compound of the formula: ##STR5## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3 are alkyl having 1 to 36 carbon atoms, aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, or alkyl aryl having 7 to 12 carbon atoms, R.sub.4 is hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 36 carbon atoms, aryl or alkyl aryl; and ##STR6## and ##STR7## are each pyrrolidino.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are alkyl.

3. The method of claim 2 wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are methyl.
