Derivatives of 2-amino-5-(o-sulphamidophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol as antiviral agents and a process for the preparation thereof
Abstract:
Compounds which are derivatives of 2-amino-5-(o-sulphamidophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol of formula ##STR1## wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a --CH3, --C2 H5, iso--C3 H7, n--C4 H9 or --CH2 --CHCH2 group and R1 is a hydrogen atom or a --CH3 or --C2 H5 group, are active agents against virus infections in higher animal organisms.
