Abstract: This invention relates to a therapeutic composition comprising, as active ingredient, a compound of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which R is hydrogen or an ether or ester residue, or a therapeutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.

This composition is applicable to the treatment and the prevention of thromboses.
