Title: Method of PCB disposal and apparatus therefor

Abstract: A method of disposing safely and efficiently polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) waste liquids. The PCB liquid is blended with fuel and the mixture is subjected to combustion in a self-contained system. Optionally, hydrochloric acid is recovered from the exhaust gases.
