Abstract: S-(Aminoalkyl)isothioureas which have immunosuppressant activity. Two specific compounds are 2-(3-dimethylaminopropylthio)-2-imidazoline and N,N'-dimethyl-S-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)isothiourea.
