Title: Leg closure

Abstract: A closure of reinforced elastomeric material having layers or plies of reinforcing means bonded or secured to one or more reinforcing members in the outer periphery of the closure wherein each layer or ply of reinforcing means is comprised of a plurality of strips of fabric, each strip being angularly located with respect to another in the same layer or ply and with respect to another in an adjacent layer ply.
