Title: Prefabricated modular crown system

Abstract: Two preformed modules are manipulated and joined onto a natural tooth stump to constitute a crown which provides the combination of full facial esthetics with the utility and durability of a metal crown. Splinting of adjacent teeth and addition of pontic teeth is also accomplished at chairside in conjunction with a routine office-laboratory procedure.
