Title: Rotary broom for sweeper

Abstract: A rotary broom for street sweepers and the like includes a central core. The spaced turns of a sweeping brush extend around the core. A spacer, such as a tape running parallel to the axis of the core, interconnects the turns of the brush for limiting longitudinal movement of the turns relative to each other to provide a desired spacing between the turns.
