Title: Artificial intraocular lens with forward-positioned optics

Abstract: An artificial intraocular lens adapted to fixate in the sclera of the eye while positioned in the anterior chamber with supporting structure to prevent contact between the posterior surface of the lens and the iris, thus preventing postoperative glaucoma.
