Title: Safety door fastening

Abstract: A safety door fastening is disclosed, comprising a rigid retaining member pivotably attached to the door frame and a catch member attached to the door and having a terminal member adapted for sliding in a longitudinal space in the retaining member, to retain the latter and limit the angle of opening of the door, the retaining member having resilient means biasing it against the inner face of the door. It is possible to operate the catch member from the outside to disengage it from the retaining member.
