Title: Football training device

Abstract: A portable training device for teaching football linemen the proper technique for raising their bodies to blocking positions when firing off the line. The training device includes a plurality of inverted U-shape spaced upright members and an adjustable set of overhead bars connected between each two upright members. The overhead bars limit the height to which a moving player can raise his body without hitting his head.
