Title: Control mechanism for marine engine

Abstract: A single lever clutch and throttle control which in normal operation assures that the throttle is held out of operation until the clutch is completely engaged and further assures that the clutch is held in the engaged position during operation of the throttle. An engine warm up mode allows operation of the throttle while the clutch is held disengaged.
