Abstract: A transferable flocked fiber design material for decorative flocked fabric goods which includes a release support sheet, fibers releasably flocked on one surface of said support sheet through a water-soluble and water-dispersible adhesive and a thermoplastic and pressure-sensitive synthetic resin adhesive layer applied to the exposed ends of said fibers.
