Title: Apparatus for a screen assembly for removing solids from fluids

Abstract: An inlet screen assembly having the filter screen tensioned in only one direction when mounted on a frame which prevents distortion of the filter screen openings and which may be used to filter extremely fine solids from the influent. The screen assembly provides a large flow capacity with a minimum pressure differential that may be used in any type intake facility and is suitable for use in either a stationary or movable screen water intake facility.
