Title: Wire retaining finger

Abstract: An electrically insulating bent finger having the characteristic shape of the letter J is utilized in conjunction with a terminal block to provide a wire duct section. The fingers are spaced along a portion of the terminal block with the bite piece facing inward toward the terminal block. Consequently the bottom portion of the J shape acts as one side of the wire duct, the vertical portion of the J shape acts as the bottom of the wire duct and the terminal block itself acts as the other side of the wire duct. The fingers may be inserted after the wiring of the terminal block has been completed.
