Title: Bench folding leg and brace structure

Abstract: A collapsible leg structure for one end of a bench, table, work surface, or the like, including a T-shaped brace rod having one end of its stem pivotally connected to the underside of the bench and its other end lockingly engaged with the depending end portion of the legs. A strut, pivotally connected with the stem of the brace rod, is slidably engaged with a track bracket secured to the undersurface of the bench to limit downward movement of the brace rod with respect to the bench. Links connecting the legs to the strut collapse the legs to a folded position under the bench when the brace rod is manually released from the legs and moved toward the underside of the bench.
