Abstract: A seismic responsive operating device in which a sphere supported on a seat on the top of a column with a spiral guideway around the columns to guide the sphere against a lock lever for releasing a compressed spring, a spring loaded operating arm is capable of lifting the locking lever to out of the way position to allow the arm to operate a device.
