Title: Feeding apparatus

Abstract: An apparatus for supplying feed material to animals and poultry. The apparatus has a trough located below a hopper used to store dry feed material. A plurality of legs support the hopper on the trough. A tubular member for carrying liquid, as water, extends through the hopper and is joined to an outwardly directed lateral tubular extension. The tubular member and extension is used to dispense the liquid into the trough. A drive motor rotates the tubular member to distribute the liquid around the trough and discharge the dry feed material into the trough. A control having a sensor located in the trough is operable in response to the amount of feed material in the trough to control the supply of water to the tubular member and the motor that rotates the tubular member.
