Title: Merchandise case with door lock alarm

Abstract: A jewelry show case or similar merchandise container is equipped with a door lock and alarm system which is effective to either automatically lock the access doors of the show case in fully closed positions, or signal an open condition of the doors when an authorized attendant leaves his usual station behind the show case.
