Title: Golf swing practice mat

Abstract: A training mat for golfers includes an area of artificial grass from which a teed golf ball may be driven, and a foot placement area on which the golfer stands. The mat contains diverse marking which enable a golfer to properly position his feet and the golf ball when using the different clubs of a set. A foot supporting wedge may be pivotally mounted on the foot placement area to support the golfer's rear foot.
