Title: Rotary bellows seal with vibration-damping means

Abstract: A split-ring radially expandable under centrifugal force for damping vibrations of a rotary annular bellows by pressing against the inner surfaces of at least some of the convolutions of the bellows as the speed of the bellows increases. Preferably, the split-ring is positioned in a channel for rotation with the bellows and for radial expansion as a function of the rotary movement, while restrained from axial movement with respect to the bellows.
