Title: Chain link bending machine

Abstract: Chain links are formed of wire pins by bending each wire pin about work faces of a mandrel with bending tools which engage the pin at the two end zones thereof. The locations of engagement describe, at least during the terminal phase of the bending operation, a circular involute, the reference point of which coincides with the center of curvature of the respective work face of the mandrel.
