Title: Windshield cleaning solvent

Abstract: A windshield cleaning solvent composition is provided, consisting essentially of water, alkali metal phosphate having in a 1% aqueous solution a pH of at least 10, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate having 1 to 3 alkyl groups with a total of 1 to 17 carbon atoms in the alkyl groups, and alkoxyalkanol in certain proportions.
