Title: Tandem wheel park brake lock

Abstract: A portable parking brake for use with tandemly mounted wheels of a vehicle including a pair of brake shoes mounted on a central shaft with at least one of the brake shoes being movable horizontally away from the other along that shaft so that each brake shoe can contact the central area of one of the tandemly mounted wheels. Also included is an adjusting means for moving the pair of brake shoes into braking engagement with the wheels to effect the shoes' braking condition.
