Title: Closed loop control system for hydrogen fuelled engine

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a closed loop fuel control system for a hydrogen fuelled engine embodying a hydrogen sensor in the exhaust manifold to provide a feedback signal indicative of the quantity of unburned hydrogen in the engine's exhaust. The system electronically controls or trims the fuel delivery to the engine in response to signals indicative of the engine's operating parameters and the signal generated by the hydrogen sensor to maintain the concentration of hydrogen in the exhaust at a predetermined level.
