Title: Target amusement device

Abstract: An amusement device includes a target board having a plurality of paths and associated targets thereon, and a projectile aiming and releasing apparatus for accurately dropping an aimed, blunt projectile onto the target board. Position indicating pieces are moved about the path in response to hits or misses of specific targets by each player, one trying to move his piece through a primary path in the lowest number of "shots" while the other attempts to hit targets obstructing or interrupting such movement. Improved projectile aiming and releasing apparatus provides an upwardly directed target image with adjustable cross-hairs imposed thereon.
