Title: Combination fixture with swing-out lavatory

Abstract: A combination wash basin and toilet fixture is provided wherein the wash basin is mounted over the toilet and swings out of the way to permit the use of the toilet. When the wash basin is swung over the toilet, the fixture appears to be an ordinary wash basin.
