Title: Substituted bicyclic triazines

Abstract: Novel compounds of formula I or II, agricultural compositions containing them, and the method of use of these compounds as general herbicides for the pre- or post-emergence control of undesired vegetation. ##STR1## wherein: V is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, methyl or --OR wherein R is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms X is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, cyano, methyl, methoxy or nitro; Y is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine or methyl; n is 3, 4, or 5; and Q is oxygen or sulfur.
