Abstract: An automatic ventilation regulating device for windows, doors and the like, which have a movable portion and a fixed portion, including a spindle; a slide displaceable on the spindle; driving means for displacing the slide on the spindle, the spindle and the slide being connectable with the movable and fixed portions, respectively; and a settable thermostat arranged for controlling the operation of the driving means in response to the temperature in the room to be ventilated.
