Title: Games and educational devices

Abstract: Apparatus for playing a game comprising a base formed with a number of parallel transverse rows to locate individual blocks carrying letters of the alphabet or other markings, a shield, and a further row at the other end of the base to locate a master selection. Alongside the transverse rows are further locating troughs for marker elements to indicate correct or incorrect selections. In some forms the blocks are separate and in other forms they are provided on rotary dials. The equivalent functions can be provided in a portable electronic unit resembling a calculator.
