Title: Output regulator for a thermal power-producing plant

Abstract: The regulator having a P-member and an I-member uses a timing means to delay the desired value signal prior to subtraction of the delayed signal from the received actual value signal. The resultant signal is then delivered to the I-member. A further P-member is also used to receive the desired value signal and to deliver the signal for addition to the superimposed signals from the first-named P-member and I-member in order to produce a load-control signal.
