Abstract: A toilet seat of the type having a central opening located over a toilet bowl. The toilet seat employs means for the support of the ischial tuberosities as well as the sacrum of a person situated thereon to promote the comfort of the user and in particular those having proctological difficulties. Unnecessary strain normally imposed upon pelvic muscles in the use of a conventional toilet seat is relieved.
