Title: Coated metal article

Abstract: Polymeric materials which comprise a hydroxyalkyl ester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, a monoethylenically .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid, and an alkyl ester or esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid are partially neutralized, isolated, and powdered to give useful powder coating compositions. The composition may be utilized for coating metallic articles.
