Title: Buoy recovery technique

Abstract: The recovery of buoys by a helicopter or a ship is accomplished by sweeping a grapnel therefrom underwater until it engages a suitable receptacle attached to the buoy mooring cable. Once engaged, the buoy is then winched aboard the helicopter or ship.
