Title: Upholstery and the like staple remover

Abstract: A staple remover comprising a handle having a main shaft affixed thereto at about a 70.degree. angle, mounted on said shaft is a finger retaining means, wherein said shaft tapers to a point having a slot therein in a plane substantially parallel to mid-handle, and angularly affixed to said shaft is a second shaft which terminates in a slit point.
