Title: Water-in-oil emulsifier compositions

Abstract: A water-in-oil emulsifier composition suitable for providing stable cosmetics such as creams, milky lotions, sticks, etc., comprises a mixture of: (A) a partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups and a fatty acid, the partial ester being in the liquid state at room temperature; and (B) an aqueous solution of an amino acid or a salt thereof.
