Abstract: A method of and apparatus for packaging poultry specimens in bags, according to which each specimen is grasped by the legs, advanced on a support with the legs engaging the body of the specimen into a bag, whereupon the support is withdrawn and the bag with the poultry specimen is conveyed to a treatment station for further treatment.
