Title: Method of fabricating combustion chamber liners

Abstract: A fluid polymeric ablator liner is cast onto the inner surface of a ramjet combustion chamber which has been prepared with a screen liner substrate. A split mold is inserted through the nozzle and assembled inside the chamber allowing a thin layer of ablator to be cast and cured on the dome and nozzle regions of the combustion chamber.
