Title: Crop conditioning rotor

Abstract: Diametrically opposed, outwardly projecting elements of a rotor have rubber pads clamped between the same and the hub of the rotor by one or more fasteners common to both elements. The fasteners can shift axially through the hub in response to deflection of one of the elements counter to the direction of rotation of the rotor so that such deflection causes compression not only of the pad associated with the element encountering the deflecting force, but the pad of the opposite element as well.
