Title: Communications and control method and apparatus for persons who may have muscular incoordination and/or spasticity

Abstract: A system for use by persons who may have muscular incoordination and/or spasticity or the like is provided with means for controlling the disabling of a function producing means depending upon the person's motor capability. A disabling circuit is responsive to an actuation of any of a variety of input interface means whereby subsequent actuations of the input interface means prior to the expiration of a variable, predetermined disabling time interval produce no function.
