Abstract: A projectile having at least one incendiary charge ahead of a main bursting charge and adapted to ignite the same. An adjustment charge forward of the incendiary charge is ignited upon impact of the projectile for driving a body rearwardly into the incendiary charge to form an elongated aperture upon ignition of the incendiary charge.
