Abstract: A cantilever-type clothes drying device comprising an anchoring means adapted to be secured to a window, a terrace hand-rail or wall and a support arm pivoted to the anchoring means for rotational movement in both the horizontal and vertical directions with respect to the anchoring means between operative and inoperative positions.
