Title: Insecticidal O,S-dialkyl esters of pyridylthio-and-pyridyldithio-phosphoric acids

Abstract: Pyridylthio- or dithiophosphoric acid esters of the formula ##EQU1## wherein R.sub.1 represents n-propyl, isobutyl, sec.-butyl or n-pentyl, R.sub.2 represents hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, cyano, nitro, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy)carbonyl, mono(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl)carbamoyl or di(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl)carbamoyl, R.sub.3 represents hydrogen, chlorine, bromine or methyl, and X represents oxygen or sulphur and their use for combating pests are disclosed.
