Title: Food processing control apparatus

Abstract: A cooking utensil provided with a device for selecting a rotational speed of the cooking utensil such as a mixer, a device for selecting a processing time thereof and an indicating device therefor in which when one of the names of food marked upon the indicating device is selected, a rotational speed or processing time for optimum processing of ingredients of a selected food may be automatically set.
