Title: Thermosetting powder coatings

Abstract: Powder coating compositions of copolymers of vinyl chloride and a glycidyl acrylyl compound containing a crosslinker for the oxirane groups of the acrylyl compound and the epoxy resin and a minor amount of a plasticizing epoxy resin have been produced having improved flow properties.
