Abstract: New dithiophosphates of the formula I ##EQU1## AND THEIR USE AS HERBICIDES ARE DISCLOSED. In formula I R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are identical or different and each represents an alkyl or alkenyl or alkoxyalkyl radical with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, --CO--Am is an amide and Am is a piperidyl radical substituted by methyl or ethyl.
