Abstract: Improved system for mounting an aluminum cryogenic liquid holding tank within and integrating such tank to an outer ferrous metal envelope or hull structure wherein improved composite aluminum-ferrous metal transition insert elements are employed to interconnect the exterior surfaces of the aluminum tank to the interior surfaces of the ferrous metal envelope or hull structure.
