Title: Insulation assembly for a tubular conduit pipe

Abstract: A length of insulation material is wrapped about an article to be insulated. A layer of fabric is affixed to the insulation material, one end of the fabric being of a length to overlap the opposite end thereof. Fastening means on the overlapped ends of the fabric provide a secure connection of the fabric about the insulation material.
