Title: Cookware containers

Abstract: The container of a cookware unit includes a cartridge member and a replaceable infix member, both of which are of substantially the same configuration and in which the infix member is removably positioned in the cavity of the cartridge member. A non-stick coating coats the interior of the infix member and the infix and cartridge members are removably fastened together into an integral unit. Heat diffusion means may also be located between the cartridge and the infix member to distribute the heat which is applied to the container.
